The 3rd Rotaract RUAS & Children Chess Academy presents All India Open FIDE Rated Classical Chess Tournament 2026 is a 5-day national-level classical chess tournament scheduled from December 23 to December 27, 2026, at Dwaraka Auditorium, M. S. Ramaiah Campus, Bengaluru.

Prize Pool: ₹6,00,000 total prize fund.
Open Category: ₹3,82,500 awarded to the top 93 players (1st: ₹51,000 + Trophy, 2nd: ₹30,000 + Trophy, 3rd: ₹20,000 + Trophy).
Rating Categories: ₹1,82,500 total across 5 categories (Unrated, 1401–1600, 1601–1700, 1701–1800, 1801–1900) with 20 prizes per category (₹36,500 per category).
Special Cash Prizes: ₹35,000 across Best Female 18+ (₹10,000), Best Veteran 60+ (₹10,000), Best Physically Challenged (₹2,500), Best Visually Challenged (₹2,500), and Children Chess Academy Awards (₹10,000).
Age Categories (U7, U9, U11, U13, U16): Trophies and medals awarded separately for boys and girls (Ranks 1–5 & 6–10).
